Ingredients: sweet almonds, 200g; 4 sour almonds; sugar,200g; 1egg; one lemon grated peel; a pinch of cinnamon or cinnamon flavour: Peel the almonds with absolutely hot water, bake them in the oven and mince them or crush them.Knead them with sugar, egg, cinnamon. Make some little balls with the dough and arrange them on a surface dredged with flour. Arrange them on a baking-pan at a certain distance one from the other. Bake them with moderate heat.Remove them from the baking-pan with the help of a knife point and let them getting cold.
