Ingredients: chestnut flour,300g; olive oil; one spoonful of pine-seeds; one spooful of raisin;water, sugar, rosemary, salt. Soak the raisin in some tepid water, squeeze it and keep it apart. Sieve on a bowl the chestnut flour along with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of sugar. Amalgamate all the ingredients by adding a half glass of olive oil. Melt well the flour by pouring out as much water as you need to obtain a soft dough. Add the pine-seeds and the raisin, mix and put the chestnut-cake into an oily baking-pan. Bake it.
