They are offered to the bringing presents guests before going to church, and are arranged on large baskets.Make them in this way: knead the flour with the eggs and a pinch of salt up to obtain a dough neither tough, nor soft.- Oily your hands and make a puff- paste with the rolling-pin.The paste should be extremely thin. Cut the crostoli into squared pieces and fry them lightly;( they get cooked very soon) in boiling olive oil. Strain them and serve them hot as well as cold.
