Horsd’ oeuvres - Crostini (toasted bread) with truffles
Cut some slices of stale bread, not too thin, and fry them in boiling olive oil. Crush the truffle and put it into a cup. Sprinkle with a thread of olive oil, a pinch of salt and some chili. Mix it very well and spread the bread with it.
