Make a knead of: 1 bare litre of water, 500 g of polenta flour a packet of baking powder (for salted cakes), a pinch of salt, two bare spoonful of olive oil, as much cheese as you like, to obtain a quite liquid dough. Pour the dough into an oily baking-pan and put into the oven. Serve it seasoned with pork or mixed meats ragout.
