They may go along with aperitives, hors-d'oeuvres, otherwise you may have them at the end of the meal. Take the desiccated black olives and let them soften for some minutes in tepid water, then strain and pour them out in a bowl. Season them with some orange peel cut into little pieces, chili and garlic thinly minced, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix and serve them.
