This cake, characteristic of Pescorocchiano, is composed of flour and eggs knead together.With the rolling-pin,make a puff-paste then pour out a little olive oil and sprinkle the paste with crumbed fresh meat or liver meat sausages. Roll it up and wrap it up to give a snake shape. Squash a little the pizza with the rolling-pan, so to make it 2-3 cm high. Bake it under some embers or put it in the oven on an oily baking-pan.Serve it hot.
