Put some olive oil on a pan along with the bacon cut into little strips. When they are half-baked, add a clove of garlic, a little chili, aboundant onions and celery thinly cut, a purée of ripe tomatoes or bottle tomatoes, salt and a pinch of pepper. When the sauce is condensed, add the boiled beans. If you like, before taking them off the fire you may add two leaves of sage. Serve them hot.
