Ingredients: 4 eggs; 4 spoonful of sugar; 4 spoonful of olive oil; almost a whole packet of baking powder; a bit of a lemon grated peel; 4 spoonful of Mistrà; flour. Knead all the ingredients in a bowl and pour out the Mistrà together with the oil, the same quantity. Mix up, then take a spoonful of dough and fry it in boiling oil. Repeat that operation with the whole dough. Drain the STRUFOLI and sprinkle with Alkermes along with sugar. Serve them hot.
