Peel the boletus by scraping the stem and gently wash them.Drain and cut them into thin slices.Pour some olive oil and two cloves of garlic on a pan. As the garlic fries, pour out the boletus and make them sauté.Join the ripe tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces, or some bottle tomatoes. Add a large handful of mint and persley thinly cutaaaaaaaa, salt and pepper. Let them cook for ten minutes. Serve them hot.
