Cut the wild boar meat into little pieces; wash them and dry them. Put them to soak in red wine and let them marinate for a while. Pour both the wine and the maet into a saucepan and let them get browned with some olive oil with no salt, otherwise it would stick on the saucepan bottom. Add the tomatoe along with the herbs. When it will be condensed, add the salt almost at the end. This sauce is the best to season GNOCCHI.
